Accountabilities

• Review and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and accounting-standard alignment.
• Evaluate audit procedures and identify gaps, best practices, risks, and regulatory considerations.
• Build, review, and assess financial models, including logic, structure, assumptions, and usefulness.
• Analyze tax compliance practices and supporting documents for risks and inconsistencies.
• Review financial and legal documents and provide detailed regulatory and quality feedback.
• Communicate clear written and verbal findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support datasets used for AI training and model improvement.
• Assess AI-related outputs using experience with labeling, annotation, human feedback, or model evaluation.
• Work independently while maintaining confidentiality, consistency, attention to detail, and professional standards.

Requirements

• At least five years of corporate-level accounting experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and financial or legal document review is required.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with human data projects, including labeling, annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation, is highly valued.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality are required.
• Ability to manage project-based assignments independently and collaborate with distributed teams is required.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and interest in technology-driven accounting applications are expected.
