Founded in 2020, Lili Blanc embodies the vision of elevating the luxury ready-to-wear industry through creativity and a modern twist to women's garments.
We are looking for a highly skilled and Retail experienced **Accountant**.
Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and prior to initiating payments.
- Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval.
- Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed.
- Prepare and review cash flow reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis for management review.
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders, providing feedback to authorized signatories before committing the company to third-party agreements.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips.
- Complete monthly closing of financial books and records.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports, including:
- Actual vs. Budget Profit & Loss Report
- Balance Sheet
• Daily Sales Analysis Report
- Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in QuickBooks.
- Manage petty cash and accurately record all related transactions.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
