About the Role
Lili Blanc Fashion Design is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage supplier invoices, payroll, financial reporting, and QuickBooks. The role requires strong accounting skills and Tagalog language proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval
- Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed
- Prepare and review cash flow reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips
- Complete monthly closing of financial books and records
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Generate and review monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Cost Analysis, Daily Sales Analysis)
- Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system
- Maintain day to day accounting records in QuickBooks
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced Accountant
- Tagalog speakers only
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting system
- Ability to review and process supplier invoices
- Experience with monthly closing and financial reporting

Responsibilities
- Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and prior to initiating payments.
- Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval.
- Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed.
- Prepare and review cash flow reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis for management review.
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders, providing feedback to authorized signatories before committing the company to third party agreements.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips.
- Complete monthly closing of financial books and records.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports, including Actual vs. Budget Profit & Loss Report, Balance Sheet, Monthly Cash Flow Report, Cost Analysis Report, Daily Sales Analysis Report.
- Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system.
- Maintain day to day accounting records in QuickBooks.
Salary
- AED 7,000 per month
