About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and draw up a Production Plan schedule for each season with inputs from Designer Team and seek approval from Creative head.
- Implement, oversee and control the production schedule including setting targets to individuals.
- Supervise, review and revise scheduling, if required.
- Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands.
- Analyse production, quality control and budgetary outcome in Production.
- Oversee Fabric and accessories use and equipment stock and tracking programs for increased financial effectiveness.
- Implement cost control programs or procedures.
- Oversee, monitor and direct coordination of company issued equipment, to include tools and machineries.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Establish and facilitate departmental procedures which enhance production and efficiency, while supporting safety policies.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Present results to CEO periodically.

- 5 years of experience in the fashion industry
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and cost control programs
- Ability to commute or relocate to Dubai

- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 8,000.00 per month
Schedule
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Timing: 08:30 AM 06:30 PM
