Role Overview
The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to support bookkeeping, financial reporting, accurate records, and daily accounting operations.
The role serves clients across industries and regions and includes accounting, tax compliance, advisory, and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage VAT filings and corporate tax returns while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice, including client-specific and cross-border tax considerations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax audits, disputes, and inquiries.
- Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports and statements.
- Advise on tax implications of business decisions and monitor changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 4–5 years of accounting and tax experience with strong VAT and corporate tax emphasis.
- Experience managing financials for clients across different industries and regions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in international taxation.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred for serving a diverse client base.
