Overview
We are hiring a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory control, and UAE VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and handle month-end closing
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR and cash flow
- Reconcile POS sales and account balances
- Supervise stock taking and inventory valuation (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
- Monitor stock movement and investigate variances
- Ensure UAE VAT compliance and support audits
- Provide sales, margin, and inventory analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter preferred
- 5–7 years’ experience (jewellery/retail or wholesale gold preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, ERP/POS systems
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from Gujarat or Mumbai (India) preferred
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
