Key Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Draft letters, emails, and corporate correspondence with strong written communication skills.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing work with strong attention to detail.
- Handle activities on the DMCC portal, including visa processing, license renewals, AOFC, permits, and other company services.
- Coordinate SIRA inspection requirements, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Arrange travel requirements such as flight ticket bookings and visas outside the UAE.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Organize daily driver schedules for deliveries and collections.
- Provide general administrative support, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role in the UAE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling the DMCC portal, Dubai Customs, and other government portals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
