Responsibilities
- Finalize Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet on a monthly and yearly basis
- Prepare and finalize annual budgets and monitor actual performance against budgeted figures
- Analyze and report funds flow and cash flow positions to ensure adequate liquidity
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and bank records
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Assist in cost control initiatives and provide insights to management
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, preferably in car rental or similar industry
- Knowledge of VAT compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
