- Lead monthly book closing activities for the cluster
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials by coordinating with Shared Services (GL team)
- Review accruals, provisions, and adjustments before finalization
- Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with detailed variance analysis
- Deliver meaningful financial commentary on revenue trends, cost drivers, and margin movements
- Support Finance Manager with management reports and presentations
- Actively support budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and business plans
- Develop financial models and run scenario analysis
- Oversee and validate CBD / departmental profitability reports and doctors’ revenue share computations
- Work closely with operations to monitor financial performance and identify cost saving opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in financial closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong Excel skills including macros and dashboards
- Experience in healthcare or similar industry preferred

- Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with detailed variance analysis.

- Actively support budget preparation, rolling forecasts, business plans.
- Develop financial models and run scenario analysis.
- Validate assumptions with business stakeholders.
- Oversee and validate CBD / departmental profitability reports and doctors’ revenue share computations.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and revenue sharing structures.
