Job Overview
- Physiotherapist position at NMC Healthcare in Al Ain, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake duties in accordance with NMCSH policies and physiotherapy standards.
- Work with patients to identify physical problems.
- Develop and review treatment programmes.
- Assist patients with joint and spinal problems, especially following surgery.
- Help patients' rehabilitation after accidents, injury, and strokes.
- Supervise physiotherapy assistants.
- Write patient case notes and reports.
- Collect patient statistics.
- Educate and advise patients and carers on prevention and improvement.
- Work as a professional member of a multi disciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Effectively communicate with staff, health professionals, clients, and family.
- Participate in education programs and continuing education.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in clinical physiotherapy.
- Knowledge of evidence based practice.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Duties
- Ensure physiotherapy equipment is maintained.
- Report adverse clinical events.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in quality management and continuous improvement.
