About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end closing activities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and provisions
- Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documentation
- Review and prepare VAT returns in accordance with FTA guidelines
- Assist in preparation and filing of UAE Corporate Tax returns and related documentation
- Conduct variance analysis on financial performance vs. budget and prior periods
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company accounting policies
- Work extensively with ERP accounting systems for posting, reporting, and reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Part qualified CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum 3 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills

Key Responsibilities

- Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company accounting policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
- Part qualified CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED6,500.00 per month
