Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Plan fieldwork assignments, including budgets and resource needs.
• Provide client solutions and exceptional client service.
• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns.
• Lead professional teams on diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or designation near completion is required.
• At least two years of public practice audit experience is required.
• Strong technical expertise in audit, accounting, and tax is required.
• Problem-solving, analytical, presentation, independent-work, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and the ability to learn new technology tools are required.
• Access to a vehicle is required.

Compensation

• The salary range is $63,800 to $87,650 in Whitby, Ontario, with placement based on background, skills, impact, and internal equity.

Workplace

• Teams are required to work together in the office four days per week.
• Employees may work from anywhere in Canada during the summer for four weeks.
