Join Doane Grant Thornton as Manager, Leadership Development in a role with firm-wide impact.
Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for Managers, along with leadership development and succession planning processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage nominations and reporting for Manager and Senior Manager leadership programs.
- Collaborate on Manager-level program content for People Manager development.
- Plan and track leadership development programs as needed.
- Project manage the Partner panel process for the Chief People & Culture Officer and firm leaders.
- Track the internal Partner coach community and generate reporting.
- Support People & Culture program design and facilitation.
- Facilitate Manager-level leadership development programs as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and People & Culture teams.
Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education.
- Professional certification or experience in a leadership development or coaching environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience facilitating skills or development workshops for Managers.
- Experience collaborating across teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence people across roles and functions.
- Ability to work in a team, adapt priorities, and act on feedback.
- Exceptional project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Workplace model
- Teams are required to be together in the office four days per week.
- Employees may work from anywhere in Canada during the summer for four weeks.
Compensation and benefits
- The current Toronto salary range is $87,300 to $100,000, with placement based on background, skills, contributions, and internal equity.
- Benefits include profit sharing, flex days, RRSP contributions, firmwide holiday closure, wellness benefits, and other concierge-like benefits.
