Role Overview
Lead the administration and customization of the firm's learning ecosystem to improve learner experience, system adoption, and operational efficiency.
Oversee core learning systems, operational process design, system standards, data integrity, and learning technology support.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing learning systems team.
- Maintain a multi-year learning ecosystem roadmap aligned with L&D best practices and firm priorities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for learning system capabilities, workflows, automation, and configurations.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and operational process designs.
- Lead feature deployments, configurations, upgrades, and structural LMS changes.
- Coordinate integrations with analytics, reporting, authentication, and other firm systems.
- Partner with IT on security, stability, scalability, and data governance.
- Standardize and document data structures, templates, workflows, and processes.
- Monitor, validate, and audit learning datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, professional certification, or equivalent experience in training and development, instructional design, project management, or process design.
- At least three years of learning technology support experience and at least two years of people management experience.
- At least two years of project management and process improvement experience.
- Working knowledge of LMS, LXP, SSO, CSS, system integration, configuration, and learning content authoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Additional design thinking, change management, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile experience would be an asset.
- Accounting knowledge or professional services experience would be beneficial.
Workplace Model
- Teams are required to work together in the office four days per week.
- Employees may work from anywhere in Canada during the summer for four weeks.
Compensation
- The current salary range for the Toronto role is CAD 90,000 to CAD 110,000 per year.
- The salary range may differ for roles available in other locations.
