About the Role
Lead the Finance Department at AKA Management Consultancy as a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant.
Provide financial management, reporting, compliance, and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage day-to-day Finance Department operations.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic financial planning and management decision-making.
Requirements
- ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
