Lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy in Dubai, UAE.

The role requires a proactive finance professional with financial management, reporting, and leadership capabilities.

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage Finance Department operations and monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
Support strategic financial planning and management decision-making.

An ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification is mandatory.
Have at least three years of UAE experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
Have strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Bring proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
