About the Role
Lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy.
The role requires financial management, reporting, compliance, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in the UAE in a finance or accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
