Role Overview
Soholat is seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager for its marketing agency in Saudi Arabia.
The role is the main point of contact for key clients and supports relationships, campaign delivery, account growth, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key agency client relationships across Saudi Arabia and serve as the primary account contact.
- Translate client objectives into marketing strategies, briefs, and annual or quarterly plans.
- Manage SaaS, technology, B2B, and digital product accounts.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate creative, content, social media, performance marketing, media buying, production, and strategy teams.
- Deliver campaigns and projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimization actions.
- Manage expectations, address challenges, and identify upselling, cross-selling, and account-expansion opportunities.
- Support business development, proposals, pitches, and presentations when required.
- Manage budgets, quotations, scopes of work, commercial agreements, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, digital trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
