Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Account Executive

to lead our commercial efforts in the

banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI)

sector across Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure while cultivating deep, strategic relationships with C-level executives, risk leaders, and industry stakeholders.

Your mission is to drive revenue, expand our footprint within the KSA financial ecosystem, and position Mozn as the trusted AI partner for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, financial crime, and risk intelligence.

What You'Ll Do

  • Build and manage a robust, well-qualified pipeline across banks, and insurance companies.
  • Drive contract renewals, upsells, and long-term account expansion.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, from strategic prospecting to negotiations and closing.
  • Own and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets for the BFSI segment in KSA.
  • Articulate the business value of MOZN's AI solutions in areas such as AML/KYC, fraud detection, risk scoring, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Map customer challenges to MOZN's capabilities, clearly communicating ROI and strategic impact.
  • Engage with Chief Information Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Compliance Heads, and Data Executives to map our solutions to regulatory frameworks
  • Lead the development of proposals, tenders, and RFP responses in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement standards and internal governance processes.
  • Present commercial proposals and manage contract negotiations end-to-end.

  • Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Revenue growth within the BFSI segment

  • Win rate, especially in competitive and RFP-driven cycles
  • Expansion revenue through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
  • Strength and depth of strategic relationships across key accounts and the financial ecosystem
