Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Articulate how AI solutions address Telco pain points
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with Pre Sales Engineers
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and partners
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Update CRM tools regularly with forecasts and pipeline status
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive long term customer satisfaction and contract renewals
- Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations
- Represent Mozn at conferences, webinars, and industry panels
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Telco or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and Telco sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience with CRM tools
- Ability to prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Willingness to attend industry events and conferences

Role Overview
- The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and expand customer base, identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives
- Articulate how AI solutions address Telco pain points leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors such as Telco
- Stay aware of competitor activity and general market trends
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with the Pre Sales Engineers
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners
- Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, conditions, and follow up activities
- Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong follow up discipline
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Telco or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and Telco sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline

- Ability to prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations
