Responsibilities
- Act as daily point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Attend client meetings, document minutes and action items
- Relay client feedback to internal teams
- Coordinate with Creative, Studio, PR, and Technology teams to ensure deliverables on schedule
- Track project timelines and task assignments in ClickUp
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Review client facing deliverables for quality assurance
- Manage client meeting schedules and logistics
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, account executive, or client services role within a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage)
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
- Hands on experience with project management tools (preferably ClickUp)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services including social media, content production, and PR
- High attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Role Overview
- Senior Account Executive works alongside Senior Account Manager
- Hands on, execution focused role coordinating deliverables across teams
- Ensures everything runs on time, on brief, and on budget
Key Responsibilities

Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, account executive, or client services role within a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with government or semi government clients in the UAE
- Familiarity with tender/RFQ processes for Dubai government entities
- Experience in the UAE media and marketing landscape
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Experience supporting proposal writing and pitch preparation
