About the Role
Visuna is seeking an experienced Sedimentologist/Geologist for a 4-month project in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The role involves sedimentological interpretation, facies analysis, well correlation, stratigraphic studies, and developing conceptual depositional models.

- Construct sedimentological and conceptual depositional models
- Interpret depositional environments and facies distributions for reservoir layers
- Perform well correlation and field wide stratigraphic framework development
- Analyze wireline log signatures and identify key facies associations
- Interpret seismic sections to identify lateral facies variations and depositional trends
- Prepare stratigraphic correlation sections and marker tables
- Deliver technical reports and presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Geology, Sedimentology, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience in sedimentology, stratigraphy, and reservoir geology
- Strong expertise in facies analysis, well correlation, depositional systems, and seismic integration
- Previous Middle East oil & gas experience preferred
