- Support local managers in establishing and improving HSE culture at worksite.
- Develop awareness and ensure HSE compliance as part of line management responsibilities.
- Assist in implementing and improving Quality and HSE Management Systems.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and agencies regarding HSE.
- Assess local risks and generate local policies and plans.
- Conduct review meetings to assess effectiveness of HSE systems.
- Coordinate and participate in screening and training of personnel.
- Participate in HSE audits and investigations of major failures and accidents.

- 3+ years in Oil and Gas as HSE specialist
- Knowledge of HSE management systems and regulations
- Experience in conducting audits and investigations
- Ability to train personnel and develop awareness

Overview
- Due to successful project awards our client in Saudi Arabia are looking to hire multiple Field HSE Specialists.
Requirements
- Required years of experience: +3 years in Oil and Gas as HSE specialists.
- Total required is 20 candidates.
- Preferable to be Saudi national.
- Work schedule is equal rotation of 4 4 weeks (operational flexibility required).
Mission & Responsibilities
- Support local managers in establishing and continuously improving quality and HSE culture at worksite.
- Develop awareness and ensure quality and HSE compliance are integral part of Line Management responsibilities.
- Assist management in implementing and improving Quality and HSE Management Systems.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors and agencies regarding quality and HSE.
- Assess local risks and generate and implement local policies and plans.
- Set up controls to verify implementation and maintain related records.
- Conduct review meetings to assess effectiveness of Quality and HSE Management Systems.
- Coordinate and participate screening and training of personnel, including subcontractors.
- Keep abreast of new developments or policies related to quality and HSE.
- Ensure HSE documentation is readily available on site.
- Advise management on compliance with local and national HSE regulations.
- Participate in quality and HSE audits and investigations of major failures and accidents.
