Business line and role purpose
The ITG security testing team performs SAST and black-box or gray-box penetration tests for web and mobile applications.
The position supports security testing activities and application security assessments for the group.
Direct responsibilities
- Perform gray-box and black-box penetration testing for web, mobile, API, and thick-client applications.
- Conduct static and dynamic analysis of Android APKs and iOS IPAs.
- Discover, validate, document, and report mobile application security issues.
- Perform reverse engineering and bypass client-side protections using mobile security tools.
- Research evolving mobile threats and follow OWASP MASVS and MASTG standards.
- Understand application security requirements and document test scope.
- Execute documented security scenarios and follow project assessment processes.
- Collaborate with developers to explain vulnerabilities and escalate testing blockers to stakeholders.
