Position overview
The APS team supports L1/L2 activities for ALMT applications covering booking and settlements across APAC regions.
The position supports ALMT application production operations and reports to the Application Support Manager.
The role includes ITIL operations, transition and design activity, project management, team coordination, and collaboration with global technology teams.
Direct responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 functional and technical support and resolve application and product issues.
- Monitor production environments and act proactively to prevent performance issues or application crashes.
- Apply ITIL incident, request, problem, change, and service management practices.
- Monitor night batches and ensure reports are generated and transferred within defined SLAs.
- Analyze recurring incidents, perform problem management, and escalate to support or development teams.
- Coordinate server patching and upgrades with infrastructure teams and validate application stability.
- Perform UAT and production deployment validation.
- Document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions.
- Plan application releases, load tests, and configuration changes.
- Customize monitoring, batch scheduling, backup, and other production support tools.
