Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel on assigned shifts
- Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and security equipment
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation
- Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Train, coach, and evaluate security officers to maintain operational excellence
- Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and emergency services when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of security experience, including supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security license/certification (where required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and security procedures
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About OAM
- OAM is seeking a professional, proactive, and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, assets, and facilities.
- The successful candidate will lead a team of security officers, maintain high service standards, and support a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel on assigned shifts.

- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
