About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct site reviews and write audit/review reports
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance on key security issues
- Manage CCTV control, key controlling, daily patrolling, log booking, and daily safety checklist
- Control parking, entrances, staff searching, locker inspection, and enforce rules and regulations
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures, control visitors and contractors
- Build strong relations with regular authority and government representatives
- Establish and maintain robust customer relationships to understand processes
- Conduct investigations of significant threats and asset loss
- Perform incident analysis and investigation with advice and closure
Requirements
- 2 years related experience in same capacity
- Relevant Safety & Security work experiences
- SIRA Security Supervisor Certification
- Arabic speaking
- Hotel industry background is an advantage
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays

Your day to day
- Conduct site reviews and write audit/review reports.

- Serve as staff support to security management and assist in investigations.
- Perform incident analysis and investigation with advice and closure.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
What We Need From You
- 2 years related experience in same capacity.
- Relevant Safety & Security work experiences.
- SIRA Security Supervisor Certification.
- Arabic speaking.
- Hotel industry background is an advantage.
- Naturally outgoing and friendly personality with passion for service excellence.

- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
