The employer is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor in Dubai.
The role oversees daily security operations, supervises security personnel, and supports a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff.
- Monitor access control, visitor entry, and site security procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security checks.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident records.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report security concerns when required.
- Ensure security procedures and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with management and relevant teams during incidents or emergencies.
- Prepare duty schedules and allocate security staff as needed.
- Train and guide security personnel on standard security procedures.
- Maintain accurate security logs and records.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in security supervision or a related role.
- Security industry experience is preferred.
- Have good communication and leadership skills.
- Be able to manage and coordinate a security team.
- Have basic computer and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrate strong observation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work shifts and handle routine security responsibilities.
