Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Generate leads, understand client requirements, conduct property viewings, and support transactions from inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property sales and rental leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and property owners.
- Prepare and follow up on offers, agreements, and required documentation.
- Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and property listings.
- Stay informed about property market trends, projects, and pricing.
- Achieve assigned sales and rental targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Good English communication skills.
