Key Responsibilities
- Promote residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.
- Generate and follow up on property leads and inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Maintain communication with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate offers and assist with property transactions.
- Maintain accurate client and property records.
- Coordinate with landlords, buyers, sellers, and relevant teams.
- Stay updated on listings, market trends, and pricing.
- Achieve agreed sales and rental targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- A customer-focused approach and professional attitude are required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online property platforms is required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
