Role Overview

Security Team Leadership

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the security team.
• Lead shift briefings and debriefings to keep the team aligned and prepared.
• Work with hotel departments to support smooth operations, events, and busy periods.

Monitoring and Prevention

• Conduct regular hotel patrols and identify potential risks before they become incidents.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
• Conduct inspections and enforce access control across guest, colleague, property, and restricted areas.

Incident and Emergency Response

• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and unexpected situations.
• Support and lead investigations into theft, damage, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
• Support emergency drills, fire evacuations, crisis management, and response procedures.

Authorities and Equipment

• Liaise with SIRA, local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure radios, CCTV, alarms, access control, flashlights, and other security equipment are maintained and ready.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate security logs and prepare management reports covering incidents, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide clear direction.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, think quickly, and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, integrity, and proactive risk awareness.
