Role Overview

Residential Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations and lead with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the residential services team, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.
• Work with the General Manager and department heads to resolve challenges and improve operations.

Resident Experience

• Build genuine relationships with long-term residents and anticipate their needs.
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment where residents feel part of the community.

Business and Leasing

• Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, rates, discounts, inventory, and operational costs.
• Support and oversee leasing activities, renewals, agreements, occupancy records, and tenant relations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure contracts, policies, and operational details are controlled.

Facilities, Quality, and Safety

• Ensure residential units, communal areas, amenities, and facilities are maintained to high standards.
• Ensure residential operations meet cleanliness, health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Ability to create resident experiences that feel personal, warm, and memorable.
• Ability to understand occupancy, revenue, costs, billing, and operational performance.
• Ability to solve problems calmly and creatively under pressure.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, accountability, respect, teamwork, and reliability.
