Role Overview
Supervise and manage security guards at the assigned site.
Coordinate site requirements and concerns with the client and company management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Brief guards on site instructions, duties, and emergency procedures.
- Handle security incidents and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with the client and management regarding site requirements and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable SIRA/PSBD requirements.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.

- Ability to supervise and manage security guards at an assigned site.
- Ability to prepare incident reports and coordinate site requirements with clients and management.
- Knowledge of applicable SIRA/PSBD requirements and security procedures.
