Operations Coordinator
Orion Security Services is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily security operations, staff schedules, and client communications. The role involves monitoring staff deployment, ensuring compliance with licenses and training, and handling operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily security operations and manpower deployment
- Prepare and monitor staff duty schedules, replacements, and relievers
- Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements and site issues
- Monitor attendance, timesheets, and staff deployment records
- Ensure guards have valid SIRA/PSBD licenses and required training
- Follow up on staff documents, renewals, medicals, and certifications
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor guard performance and grooming standards
- Handle client complaints, incidents, and operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for recruitment, replacements, leave, and staff transfers
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Valid SIRA/PSBD licenses and required training
- Experience in staff scheduling and deployment
- Ability to handle client communications and operational issues
- Proficient in operational reporting and record-keeping
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring and incident management
- Experience in recruitment coordination and staff transfers
