A Security Supervisor role supporting security operations at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The role coordinates security officers, maintains service standards, and supports safety and security activities.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers and ensure coverage of critical areas.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Oversee access control points, identification procedures, and protocol compliance.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with proper escalation and documentation.
- Maintain logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.
- Support security plans for events and VIP movements with the Duty Manager.
- Check emergency equipment readiness and report deficiencies.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve security-related concerns.
- Support training for new security officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
- Promote safety and vigilance through briefings and awareness programs.
Requirements
- Experience supporting security operations, including access control, incident response, reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to coordinate security officers, provide on-the-job coaching, and liaise with other departments.
