Overview
Dubai Parks and Resorts seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain and service heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring optimal climate control, and complying with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved schedules and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure all plant rooms, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition
- Comply fully with JEMS requirements and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety (FLHS) standards
- Maintain and service heating, cooling, AHU (Air Handling Units), FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Units), and FCU (Fan Coil Units) to ensure optimal climate control in guest rooms and public areas
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilation and exhaust fans to ensure proper air circulation and indoor air quality
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust system parameters to optimize performance, reliability, and energy efficiency
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HEX systems, refrigeration cycles, CRAC units, and HVAC control systems
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure all plant rooms, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition
- Comply fully with JEMS requirements and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety (FLHS) standards
- Maintain and service heating, cooling, AHU (Air Handling Units), FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Units), and FCU (Fan Coil Units)
