- Develop, implement, and enforce company security policies and procedures
- Lead and supervise all security personnel and operations
- Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets
- Conduct security inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and security equipment
- Coordinate with police, civil defense, and government authorities when required
- Prepare duty rosters, security reports, and incident reports
- Conduct security training, emergency drills, and awareness programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws and regulations
Requirements
- Valid SIRA Security Supervisor/Manager Certification
- Minimum 5–10 years of security experience, including supervisory or managerial experience
- Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Physically fit and medically fit to perform security duties
- Strong leadership, discipline, and professional conduct
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- No criminal record and eligible to obtain all necessary UAE security clearances
