Security Guard

Responsible for ensuring the safety of company assets and customers

The Security Guard is an entry-level position within the Qualla Enterprises, LLC organizational structure and is established to carry out the daily security operations.

This position will ensure the safety of company assets, employees, and persons on the properties owned or operated by the company.

This includes daily patrols, surveillance monitoring, and report writing in addition to welcoming customers and mitigating conflict.

Supervises: none

• 1 year of work experience in a Security related field preferred.
• Previous experience using CCTV/Security camera systems preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Follow standard Security policies and procedures.
• Maintain Security equipment and report malfunctions.
• Monitor the facility.
• Follow emergency response procedures to respond to weather, fire, intrusion and security breaches; document and report issues to management.
• Follow policy and procedures as it relates to the securing and transportation of cannabis.
• Follow route guidance as given by management in compliance with enterprise policy and procedures.
• Prepare incident reports as needed per management’s request.
