Primary Function

Qualifications

• · 1 year of experience in manufacturing mechanics or similar required.
• · High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• · Must be at least 21 years of age.
• · Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Duties/Responsibilities

• · Transports plants from drying rooms to the trim room
• · Handle, transport, and dispose of any waste material from trim rooms
• · Record wet and dry weight for all product including flowers and trim
• · Assist in the filling, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products, including but not limited to: finished flower, pre-rolls, cartridges, concentrates, and other infused products
• · Assist with bulk packaging, transfer, and storing of cannabis products
• · Ensure products are processed in a quick and efficient manner
• · Perform proper techniques for harvesting, drying and curing cannabis
• · Collaborate with farm employees, dispensary employees, and other staff to ensure internal goals are met
