Security Engineer - Directory Services

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor Active Directory health and performance.
• Support patching, upgrades, and configuration changes for domain controllers and related systems.
• Troubleshoot directory service issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support day-to-day administration of directory services technologies.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues with senior engineers.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Assist with scripts, workflows, and support documentation.

Preferred Experience

• One to three years of experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, identity management, or related technologies.
• Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Active Roles Server, PowerShell, or Windows Server administration.
• Experience from internships, technical support roles, academic projects, or professional employment may be considered.
