About the Role
MAM Factory is hiring a Security Officer to conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, control access, and respond to emergencies at their Dubai facility. Candidates need strong observational skills, professional communication, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including parking lots, office buildings, and entry points, to identify potential risks
- Monitor and operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure real time awareness of security conditions
- Control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
- Provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
- Perform routine inspections of doors, windows, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access or damage
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations
- Provide clear guidance to employees and visitors on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Respond to emergencies and other problems in keeping with guidelines, policies and procedures
- Assist in evacuations or other emergency actions when necessary

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift, and potentially work in outdoor conditions
- Basic first aid skills would be advantageous

Job Description
