About the Role

Responsibilities
- Streamline restaurants workflow, production plan and target quality levels
- Provide organizational directions to deliver short and long term sales and profit results through people development and improving restaurant operations
- Analyze operational and financial reports for each restaurant and generate strategies to reach monthly and annual goals
- Control operational costs, track P&L, monitor revenue, and manage vendor relationships to meet budgetary goals
- Coordinate with Area Managers and store managers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Implement procedures to improve efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and drive sales
- Evaluate labour, cost of goods and waste, and adjust purchasing or schedules when variances appear
- Provide training, set benchmarks, give feedback and build a culture of accountability for new hires
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- Plan menus by consulting with management; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus (Menu engineering)
- Prepare regular performance reports to the management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant certifications
- Proven managerial experience in handling multiple restaurants in UAE
- Excellent knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Outstanding leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent decision making skills
