- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for manufacturing, production, logistics, and restaurant operations
- Manage end to end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts
- Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, employment laws, and government requirements
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs
- Prepare monthly HR reports and provide strategic recommendations based on workforce analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in leading roles in UAE
- Food industry experience in UAE preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of UAE Labor Law
- Hands on experience in UAE HR best practices

Role Overview
- The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions across food manufacturing facilities and restaurant operations in the UAE.
- This role ensures compliance with UAE labour laws, supports workforce planning, drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and maintains a positive workplace culture that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies for manufacturing, production, logistics, and restaurant operations.
- Manage end to end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
- Build talent pipelines for critical operational and leadership positions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
- Implement improvement initiatives.
- Promote company values, diversity, and inclusion practices.
- HR Operations & Administration: Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage employment contracts, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- UAE Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, employment laws, and government requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in leading roles in UAE.
- Food industry experience in UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of UAE Labor Law.
- Hands on experience in UAE HR best practices.
