- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics security and safety strategy
- Lead strategic planning for security, safety, and administration
- Establish and refine security and safety frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Conduct security risk assessments with focus on urban and complex environments
- Design and manage physical security programs including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection
- Develop secure route plans and transport security protocols
- Establish emergency response and crisis management plans
- Manage department budgets and cost optimization initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison for safety and security with stakeholders and authorities
- Select, oversee, and evaluate security service providers and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in security, safety, and administration across multinational environments
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Bilingual Arabic/English with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing large scale operations in engineering/construction environments

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Security Director to lead security and safety activities supporting logistics operations for a delivery partner structure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics security and safety strategy.
- Lead strategic planning for security, safety, and administration.
- Establish and continuously refine security and safety frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct security risk assessments with focus on urban and complex environments.
- Develop and oversee mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with architects and planners to embed security solutions.
- Design and manage physical security programs.
- Direct the work of security design consultants.
- Implement innovative security technologies.
- Ensure security design supports community safety and mobility efficiency.
- Develop secure route plans and transport security protocols.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in security, safety, and administration.
- Demonstrated success at senior level roles.
- Proven track record establishing new safety and security departments.
- Significant experience managing large scale operations in engineering/construction environments.
- Experience working closely with government entities.
- Background in transport, mobility, and fleet/logistics related safety and security preferred.
- Certified Protection Professional CPP.
- Certified Protection Officer CPO.
- Certified Security Supervision and Management CSSM.
- ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strategic planning and execution.
