Security Assistant

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of specialized administrative experience in the following areas: Office management, suspense tracking, review of executive level correspondence, database administration, financial and project status tracking and reporting, monthly reporting, and maintenance of operating procedures.
• Each year of college can be substituted for one year of experience.
• Preferred: Department of State experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow database guidelines.
• Experience providing general administrative support to an office and maintaining various administrative reports.
• Experience using database software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
