*Operations Manager*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a diverse team responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing commercial building systems. • Prepare and submit signed monthly progress reports to the Government. • Manage corrective maintenance efforts, preventive maintenance programs, and all unscheduled work orders. • Provide weekly written and verbal updates on the status of O&M activities. • Deliver a comprehensive monthly report summarizing corrective maintenance funding, preventive and unscheduled work completed, quality control metrics, safety incidents and training, equipment downtime, customer satisfaction data, and any operational concerns or recommendations. • Maintain on-site presence during standard business hours and remain reachable around the clock for emergencies. • Support hands-on maintenance and repair tasks as needed, applying practical skills in trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work. • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work and customer service. • Complete all required training within established timelines. • Perform duties in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
