About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor security officers to ensure effective coverage and high performance
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify security standards, guard performance, and compliance with company procedures
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower deployment
- Ensure all access control procedures are properly implemented for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, alarms, and resident complaints
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports with corrective action recommendations
- Coordinate with facility management teams, maintenance personnel, and emergency services whenever required
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment to ensure operational effectiveness
- Conduct toolbox talks, security briefings, and on the job training for security personnel
- Ensure all security staff comply with health, safety, and security regulations
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities within the assigned areas
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, attendance, and patrol reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in security operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience within the Facilities Management industry
- Hands on experience managing security operations for large residential villa communities or mass villa developments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of security operations, access control, emergency response, and incident management
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Good understanding of health, safety, and security regulations
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and security reporting systems

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience within the Facilities Management industry.
- Must have hands on experience managing security operations for large residential villa communities or mass villa developments.
- Experience in supervising multiple security teams across different locations is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Security Supervisor certification or equivalent security qualification.
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in residential communities, gated villa compounds, or large mixed use developments is highly desirable.
