- Ensure operational integrity of assigned functions and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

- Implement and monitor company procedures for the collection, transport, and disposal of waste, in compliance with all regulations and legal requirements.
- Develop department policies for achieving department goals.
- Evaluate progress toward goals, including team and individual performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute is a must.
- Master’s degree from a recognized institute is desirable.
- Minimum 10 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Result orientation and customer satisfaction.
- Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in waste management operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in waste disposal.

About the Role
- The Operations Manager – Waste Management is responsible for assisting the Line Manager/ BU Head with directing, developing, managing, and motivating colleagues involved in back office operations and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned functions and adherence to company policies and proce
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and providing exemplary customer service.
- Operations Team: Related to operational requirements
- Operations Center: Related to WO management / fleet / manpower
- Staff controller: Staff related issues
- Billing team: related to billing and recycling rebates
- CSR Representative: conduct the CSR activities
- EHSQ: to arrange trainings and awareness
- Clients: Various service issues and monthly reports
- Government departments: permits and NOC’s
