Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to senior management in regard to regulations, policies, applicable laws and compliance issues
- Responsible for designing and implementation of IT processes, policies and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as industry leading practices
- Support the corporate risk analysis and self assessments programs for various IT units, systems and processes
- Establish and oversee a formal vulnerability and testing program
- Liaise with Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, and Risk Management to remediate new and outstanding issues
- Coordinate with the respective corporate teams on implementing Information Security, Business Continuity and Data Privacy initiatives within ITS
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years progressive IT, service management experience out of which 3 in a GRC Management position
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
- Master’s degree is a plus
- ITIL V3 Expert Certification preferred
- ISO 20000 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer preferred
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or CRISC is a plus
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- COBIT Foundation Certification is a plus

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and the daily operations of the ITS Service Management and quality.
- Responsible for oversight and coordination of the Service Management and quality program.
- Reporting to Executive Director, Information Technology.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is a plus.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
- COBIT Foundation Certification is a plus.
