- Manage the CFO’s calendar and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action items
- Process supplier invoices and manage the finance email inbox
- Assist with daily bank transactions
- Prepare daily cash position reports
- Coordinate cheque handovers
Requirements
- Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience supporting senior management
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
- Accounts Payable and invoice processing
- Bank transactions and cash position reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- ERP system exposure (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Diploma or Bachelor of Commerce
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property development
- Arabic language skills (preferred)

Job Summary
- This role combines Executive Assistant responsibilities to the CFO with finance support duties.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the CFO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, taking minutes of meetings, and following up on action items.
- In addition, the role includes finance related responsibilities such as processing supplier invoices, managing the finance email inbox, assisting with daily bank transactions, preparing daily cash position reports, and coordinating cheque handovers.
